The raw material lv gas used for the production of PVC is an important way to balance the production of liquefied alkali to produce lv gas. Caustic soda is an indispensable raw material for the national economy. In addition, from the perspective of plastic products, PVC has good compatibility with various additives, and a large amount of low-cost filler can be added in the process of producing pipes, so that the production cost is greatly reduced.

PVC pipe is compared with metal pipe, producing PVC per cubic meter and producing steel and aluminum per cubic meter. The energy consumption of steel is 316KJ/m3, the energy consumption of aluminum is 619KJ/m3, and the energy consumption of PVC is 70KJ/m3. Steel consumes 4.5 times more energy than PVC and aluminum is 8.8 times more. The processing energy consumption of the PVC pipe is only one third of that of the same diameter metal pipe. At the same time, because the PVC pipe wall is smooth, no scale and erosion tumor, the water delivery efficiency is high, and the infusion can save about 20% of electricity.
